Hospitality was amazing. So warm and welcoming. Michael and Carol made us feel so very well looked after. They went beyond what the needed to do to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Showers were lovely and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and tasty. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos so I apologise however the photos on Booking. Com are a good representation. If you want to stay in a friendly, clean, decent hotel with lovely hosts, stay here. Also, it's a short walk to the South Pier which we weren't that impressed with. We were impressed with Newburn Hotel. Thank you Michael, Carol and team!
Claire and John are the most accommodating hotel owners. Our 1st day there John put £1 in the kids games machine in their main lounge for my son and nephew to play. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning with a full English and John even cooked hash browns and beans for our 1 year old son each morning too. We had evening meals in the hotel too a few times and couldn't fault the food at all. We will definitely be returning to the Newburn Hotel it's ideally situated a stones throw from pleasure beach and a short walk from the sea front and south pier.
